Chakras are energy points in the body that impact health and well-being. They are located at the crown of the head, throat, and heart. The seven chakras are Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, and Throat. These chakras are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay open.
To unblock or balance these chakras, practice yoga poses, breathing exercises, or meditation. Chakras are considered energy vortices that regulate the body’s energy and the connection between different bodies. In yoga, we work with an energy system, and chakras are the seven centers of that system. By aligning and balancing the seven chakras, we can enhance our overall health, achieve emotional balance, and experience spiritual growth.
Practicing chakra healing regularly, such as daily meditation and yoga, can help bring your chakras back into balance. By focusing on the fourth chakra (Connection), you can bring attention to your heart and surrender. Chakras provide subtle energy that helps your organs, mind, and intellect work at their best level.
In general, meditating, relaxing, and breathing will affect and help balance chakras. Conscious breathing in the chakras can help you make more money and get into your abundant flow. By focusing on these chakras, you can break free from the vicious cycle of money worry and achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life.

How to tell if your third eye is open?
The article identifies six signs of an open Third Eye: increased intuition, vivid dreams and vision, sensitivity to energies, increased psychic abilities, increased awareness, and synchronicities. These signs can help guide decision-making and daily life with accuracy. Vivid dreams and vision can be more symbolic and meaningful, often containing messages about the spiritual path or subconscious mind. Sensitivity to energies, such as tingling sensations or warmth in the forehead area, can also indicate an open Third Eye.
How do I unblock my 7 chakras?
Chakras are a complex energy system within the body that can be blocked, leading to difficulties with concentration, sleeping problems, lack of motivation, and feelings of helplessness. To unblock these energy pathways, one can use techniques such as mantras, tapping, chakra meditation, yoga, essential oils, nutrition, going out into nature, and taking deep breaths. Mantras are short repetitions used at the end of yoga practices, acting as a form of sound healing that restores energy fields.
Tapping, or EFT, involves using fingertips to tap on specific meridian points throughout the body, allowing the body to release certain emotions that may be blocking the chakras. By incorporating these techniques into one’s daily routine, individuals can improve their overall well-being and balance their chakras.
How do you unblock your third eye?
Meditation and visualization techniques are essential for third eye awakening, as they help quiet the mind and stimulate the third eye. Find a quiet space, close your eyes, and focus on the spot between your eyebrows. Imagine a third eye opening there, and visualize a radiant indigo light emanating from this spot. This visualization will expand your inner awareness and deepen your meditative state. For a guided approach, Insight Timer offers a range of third eye meditation practices led by experienced teachers.
Which chakra is most powerful?
Bhakti Yoga focuses on the heart chakra as the center of spiritual devotion, while Ayurveda has three main chakras, known as “Marmas”, which are the focal points of physical, mental, and spiritual energies in the body. Shaivism has five chakras, with the heart and crown chakras being the focus. Tantra traditionally has four to six chakras, with the crown chakra being considered the highest. Kashmir Shaivism has six or seven chakras, with the focus on awakening divine energy within.
Hatha Yoga has seven main chakras, with some traditions also recognizing additional ones. Kundalini Yoga has seven main chakras, with additional minor chakras recognized. Nath Tradition has eight main chakras, with the emphasis on awakening divine energy through these centers. Vaishnavism has twelve chakras, with the emphasis on spiritual ascent through these centers.
Classical eastern traditions, particularly those developed in India during the 1st millennium AD, describe nadi and chakra in a “subtle body” context, where the prana (breath, life energy) flows through the nadi and cakra. This subtle body network is believed to be reachable, awake-able, and important for an individual’s body-mind health and how one relates to others in their life.
Esoteric traditions in Hinduism mention numerous numbers and arrangements of chakras, with a classical system of six-plus-one, the last being the Sahasrara. Hindu Tantra associates six Yoginis with six places in the subtle body, corresponding to the six chakras of the six-plus-one system.
Which chakra is powerful?
The crown chakra, situated at the vertex of the cranium, is regarded by some as the most potent of the chakras, as it serves as a conduit between the individual and higher states of consciousness and spirituality. Despite its subjective nature and the variability in reported experiences among individuals, this chakra is widely acknowledged for its pivotal role in spiritual and psychic development.
Can you open your chakras by yourself?
Essential oils can help rebalance your chakras, which can be unlocked by burning them in your home. Including certain foods in your diet, which correlate with each chakra, can help clear your energy system. Spending time outdoors, walking barefoot in the grass, is another easy way to unblock your chakras. This reconnects with nature and absorbs its healing energy, keeping you grounded and at peace.
How do I use my chakra in real life?
Ancient yogic practices entail the activation of chakra centers through a variety of techniques, including meditation, mantra chanting, breathing exercises, the use of Ayurvedic herbs, and physical exercises such as yoga asana.
What happens when all 7 chakras are open?
The seven chakras are the center points of all energy in the human body, as mentioned in ancient meditation practices and found popular with the increasing interest in yoga. Chakras, which translates to “wheel”, are spinning discs of energy that correspond to major organs, bundles, or nerves, and areas related to our emotional well-being.
There are at least 114 chakras in the human body, but the main ones usually referred to are the 7 main ones. Each chakra corresponds to a focus on a particular health. Specific areas of the spine from the crown of the head to the sacrum are focused on manipulating the subtle energy flow through the 7 chakras of the human body.
The root chakra (Muladhara) is located in the tailbone area at the base of your spine and has the responsibility for your well-being, stability, and security. If your root chakra is blocked, it may manifest as physical issues in your colon, bladder, joints (arthritis), and intestinals. An unbalanced root chakra may also make you feel emotionally insecure about your well-being, finances, or basic needs. When it is balanced and in alignment, you will start feeling more grounded and in control of your emotions as well as your physical health.
The sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) is linked to your emotional well-being and creative energy, and it is also seen as an energy point for others’ emotions. If the Svadhisthana chakra becomes unbalanced, you may experience impotency, lower back pain, urinary tract infections, and a feeling of self-worth around creativity, sexuality, and pleasure. Improving this chakra can balance your lifestyle completely.
The solar plexus chakra (Nabhi-Manipura) is located in the stomach region (upper abdomen) and represents self-esteem and confidence. Controlling this chakra to make it balanced is getting back control of your life in your hand. A balanced Nabhi-Manipura chakra ensures that you interact with society with utmost confidence.
The heart chakra (Anahata) emphasizes love and is affected by two types of issues: physical health through matters related to cardio and people’s emotions (heartbreak). An unbalanced heart chakra may cause issues with your throat and voice, as well as any ailment related to your mouth, gums, or teeth.
The third eye chakra (Ajna) is located on the forehead, in between the eyes, and represents gut instinct and intuition. When unbalanced, it may manifest as headaches, hearing issues, concentration problems, and problems with eyesight. Once open, you will be able to see the big picture of any and all situations you come across.
Lastly, the crown chakra (Sahasrara) represents the spiritual connection you have with yourself, others around you, and the universe or nature. Balancing the crown chakra is a step towards figuring out the purpose of life, as it affects not just your organs but also your nervous system and brain.
The 7 chakras are the seven energy centers of the human body, representing various physical health and emotional states. When imbalanced, these chakras can lead to anxiety, depression, musculoskeletal issues, and various illnesses and diseases. To balance the chakras, one can adopt activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga postures.
Chakras provide subtle energy that improves intellect, work, mind, and organs. Ancient Yogic practices recommended certain activities to activate the 7 chakras, which provide a sense of mindfulness within the individual. Medical studies have not yet determined the connection between spiritual power and chakras, but they do bring a sense of mindfulness.
Unblocking the chakras involves balancing them in such a way that energy flows through every aspect of the body. For those new to uncovering the 7 chakras, the root chakra is the best place to start. Scientifically, there is no evidence of the benefits of the root chakra, but it can help individuals feel grounded, secure, and safe.
To bring an imbalanced chakra back to alignment, one can adopt activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga postures. Yogashala offers certified yoga instructors or reiki practitioners who are experienced in energy healing to guide individuals through this process.
In summary, the 7 chakras represent the energy centers of the human body and can be reactivated through yoga practices. By focusing on the root chakra, individuals can experience a more profound connection with themselves and the world around them.
How do I activate my third eye?
To open the third eye, one should reassess their practices, including meditation, visualization exercises, and a lifestyle that supports spiritual growth. The third eye, located in the forehead, is associated with the pineal gland and is considered a gateway to higher consciousness and inner realms of intuition and wisdom. The journey to opening the third eye is a deeply personal and transformative experience, offering mental and spiritual benefits that affect all areas of life. It not only unlocks mystical powers and enhances psychic abilities but also improves mental clarity, decision-making, and deeper connection with one’s inner self.
How do you open your third eye?
To maintain the health of the third eye, it is essential to maintain regular meditation, visualization, mindfulness, breathwork, and creative activities like art or music. Journaling about your experiences and spiritual revelations can deepen your understanding and integration of these spiritual messages. Using affirmations and mantras that align with your journey can also enhance your connection to the third eye and strengthen the pathway to higher consciousness.
How do you use your body chakra?
The practice of yoga, through the performance of specific postures (asanas), can facilitate the activation of the human body’s chakras. This, in turn, can promote balance and harmony within the body. The specific asanas that are believed to have this effect are Tadasana, Veerabhadrasana, Setu Bandhasana, Mudras, Root Chakra Chant (LAM), Sacral Chakra Chant (VAM), Solar Plexus Chakra Chant (RAM), and Heart Chakra Chant (YAM).

Abhayasa and Vairagya are both from Vedas and then again from Gita. It’s not so complicated. Abhyasa is practice, and vairagya is giving up or surrendering everything irrelevant to your practice so you can focus. Example: A healthy body isn’t just going to the gym (abhayasa); it’s also giving up the crap food you are eating (vairagya).
Gratitude Meditation Protocol Accountability Days 15-29: I have been enjoying everything way more. Including daily tasks like cooking and even cleaning. Biggest wins: I am starting to do articles again and I am getting my website ready for business. I have found a lot of ways to help me conquer my fears and to get my goals. I have been doing this for almost 30 days but I don’t think I’ll stop. This meditation has brought amazing things to my life and I deeply appreciate it. Thanks, Quazi. Things outside of my control: Nothing…everything is possible. Things I would like to improve on: Become a master in all my trades.
Day 1, moment 1: tears brought upon by emotions of “I am worthy, deserving and failure is not going to apply this time to my true goals,” self awareness that there is further emotional work necessary to properly realign and focus correctly, which will come with repetition and conditioning. Repeat and repeat and repeat. Do not give up! Because doing so is the equivalent of giving up on one’s self and one’s goals.
Day 2: The journey is underway, the commitment has been made, there is no turning back from this point, the rear view mirror has been deliberately removed from my vessel..only one windshield in front of me left to look forward through. Tapping into day 1’s emotions was less difficult, conditioning has begun but only the surface has been scratched so far, patience and persistence is key 🔑
I never realized that I was doing this my whole life. Because of certain events that have happened in my life I’ve been stuck in a state of fear. From doing this first meditation, I feel a little more clarity in what I need to do. I’m very thankful for this experience and commit myself to this new habit for the next 30 days to see where this new experience will lead me.

I trust my father’s plan and I know I have everything I want. they will be in this 3d world at the best time and best moment. Day 5: Today I did this meditation before I went to work alongside other meditations and routines. I am grateful and in deep peace. I am what I am. Day 6: Today after doing this meditation I feel extremely love. It is like I am on drugs or something. It feels different. I never felt it before at this rate. Day 7: I feel grateful and very very calm. I understood the power of love, deep in me. I understood that when I fear I feel no love, I lose my connection to my higher self. That is when resistance begins. So I choose to love everyone and everything. Day 8: I am very grateful and feel love and power. I am very blessed that found this beautiful way. Oh man, I am creating my life.
Day 3: Today I took this meditation with me into the ocean. Highly recommended (or any body of water outdoors)! A truly powerful place to focus and feel even more depth into the emotions of love, gratitude and visualization of my accomplishment having already been achieved. Conditioning has grown one day further, still crawling, soon will be walking
Gratitude meditation protocol accountability day 1 3 big wins: . woke up early to bring car to get serviced . shared a meaningful conversation with Mike, mechanics associate who gave me a ride home. Started by him asking me what was something good that has happened to me lately, then in turn I asked him the same. In the 20min car ride we ended up talking about ancient civilizations and the location of the pyramids in Egypt, South America and Stonehenge. Cuz summer solstice is approaching conjunct to the strawberry full moon, big energies to align with. . Finding this powerful meditation practice, doing it, feeling the benefits and growing in gratitude. Thank you for sharing, Quazi Out of my control was finding that one of my beloved plant friends, a sage that was becoming a nice bush, had been eaten overnight by one (or more) of the million wild bunnies that live in this area. I felt myself moving through some feelings there 😂 and eventually landing on “oh, well! Bon appetit!” What I would like to improve on is to put all parts of my written pieces together to form the book I want to share with the world Peace ✌🏽
9 days done. Its been a rollercoaster, hubby had major nose reconstruction surgery for skin cancer 6 days ago and I have been using a knee brace to help with severe pain when walking,, seeing specialist on Wed and xrays. Through it all, there is so much to be grateful for ❤ Thank you Quasi for helping me be so Aware. I am so grateful for my body that has the divine Essence circulating in it so it can heal itself.
Day 1: Felt completely light after the meditation, envisioned my future and the future after my future with a loving family with my immediate family. Felt super calm as the 8 minutes of meditation went by quick. Everything that I was worrying about was lifted. Was grateful for the meditation, the apartment I live in, the people that are with me, my future high paying job and my wonderful girlfriend. I was living the present but saw into the future. Lots of exercise outdoors and fresh air. Biggest wins: I drove on the highway for the first time and I felt capable and comfortable. Things outside of my control: the weather. Things I would like to improve on: more action and less motion.
After living a life of constant fear and anxiety, I had a revelation and a breakthrough just today. And that revelation is that none of this matters. The life, the money, the success, the place I live, the car I drive, nothing matters. What actually matters are the feelings that I associate with the things that I have, and the main feeling that I want to achieve is the feeling of empowerment and freedom to fill empowered when I want, where I want, why I went, and how I went. So in this meditation, when I wanted to have my full manifestation, it was a life of constant empowerment, and the freedom to feel empowered consistently.
Day 5 I meditated, as usual, following Johir’s words. Everything was normal. But then I enriched the content a little and asked my heart to spread its love over my city, my country and the whole world. And then my heart grew exponentially and a hot energy spread in my chest, in my throat, in my head, in my arms, like an electric current. I feel it even now.
Gratitude Meditation Protocol Accountability Day 2: I was at peace and calm all day. The time slowed down and enjoyed every moment. Biggest wins: I finally registered my business thanks to my husband ( it has been on hold for a while) Things outside of my control: the weather Things I would like to improve on today: productivity
Day one: Felt relieved from unknown emotions I had carrying on my shoulder from months. It’s not fully over yet. I guess its bit lighter now. I noticed my eyes where full of tears. I don’t know when I cried last time truly. But it helped a lot. Felt more quieter. The noises in my head and ears has reduced. Hope it will completely fades away by the day 30.
Gratitude Meditation Protocol Accountability Day 1 Biggest wins – managed to relax Things outside of my control – forgot to pay for parking tried to pay fine – perimenopause Things I would like to improve on today – relaxation and to feel well and rested Overall desire – expand my music school and work on my exit strategy
Gratitude Meditation Protocol Accountability Day 1 – what a beautiful meditation. I’ve never meditated on the heart chakra like that before and it felt like opening up to great possibilities. Focused on something I want to achieve and your description of doing something uncomfortable that will further your progress was exact to what I have going on and holding me back. Committed to doing this meditation for the next 30 days.
I highly recommend the mediation at ca. 17 minutes in. SO MUCH better than I expected! I was listening to the article in the background… Very glad I did. As soon as the mediation started, it was impossible not to participate in a serious manner… And that’s coming from someone who has great problems focussing on any kind of guided meditation, etc… Within one minute, Qazi, I knew that what you were talking about previously weren’t just empty or exaggerated words (which I kind of expected at first – I’m sorry, my friend). You’re my teacher now. Congratulations on what you’ve “achieved” (I know this is the wrong word, but you know what I mean) in your heart and mind. My heart’s blessings go out to you, and I hope you can feel what I’m gifting you with (though I don’t care if you do or not – just continue on your path, that’s enough; very obvious that… Sorry, I feel I should stop writing more and more words). You’re my teacher now, Qazi (or is it Quazi? But how do you want me to pronounce it?). It’s an honour for both of us. Thank you. ❤ Tonight is full moon, btw. May you be touched and caressed, reminded of those facets of our feelings which are vulnerable and “lunar” by this gentle, luminous celestial body’s caring, delicate, soothing rays of most enchanting rays (for anybody more into science: moonlight is usually almost fully polarised, so yes, it’s special … That’s why you can see clearer on a moonlit night. Polarised light used to be and still is used medically, though there is not yet sufficient evidence on whether it really raises serotonin as well.
17:52 Gratitude Meditation Protocol Accountability: Day 1 – 3 Wins: Worked a full shift, checked in on a loved one, reached out to friends. Out of my control: I keep aging each day. There’s no stopping time. What I’d like to Improve: Opening my heart chakra, going after my goals/dreams, and allowing negative thoughts to pass in order to allow room for positivity.
Thanks for sharing your learnings! Really like perusal your vids to support my practice. One thing I’d really appreciate: the articles are so fast paced, which doesn’t really fit the practices you are talking about. I think two things make them so fast paced: 1) the speed of your talking, and 2) the edit style of the article (e.g. the article is cut in the middle of a thought or sentence). Thanks again and much love
Gratitude Meditation Protocol Accountability Day 1. Some part of me was resistant to doing a public declaration here in the Comments but after actually doing the meditation I decided to share. I have been practicing gratitude daily but I am grateful to be practicing as a group and these teachings are resonating strongly within me. I’ve been working on my chakras for the past year or so and getting clarity on what is blocked or unbalanced. Today has been very calming as I woke up doing a sound bath focusing on my 3rd Eye, Root, and Heart in that order… I was lead by Spirit to re-watch this article as I was in and out of consciousness and sleepy when I first watched it. Every word just made sense and when he mentioned the physical ailments we may experience when the Heart chakra is blocked or imbalanced I knew I wanted to do the meditation. In my case physically I have been experiencing chronic pain in my left shoulder, neck and left wrist and fingers. Financially and professionally, I had been feeling stuck and I had never attributed this to an imbalance or blockage in the Heart chakra. Thank you Quazi!
Day 3 Biggest wins Great sleep last night I feel committed to being alone and making my own money Seeing how my narcissistic family and mother have impeded my ability to generate income and be successful, it’s not my fault I was sabotaged from an early age. Now that I am recovering I can find out what I truly want which is to be financially independent and stop letting narcissists hold me back. Things I can’t control – narcissists doing their healing work – so many other children being raised into becoming narcissists – saving those I love from narcissists. Things I want to improve on today My schedule and routine becoming more healthy Regarding my inner disciplinarian with honor knowing I lacked that as a child I have it within me to support it now Keeping my son’s screen time down even while I work away at my manifesting practice, chores, and creative loves
My experience: . day 1: very pleasant experience, got slightly distracted by the external noice i wasnt expecting a little but it wasnt that much of a bit deal ^^, as someone who loves rain, i never expected for it to suddenly start raining in the middle of the gratitude meditation and i felt grateful for the rain, universe, weather and everything like never before it was truly healing, looking forward for the next days!!

Personal Thread : Day 1 : I kind of cried after a few seconds because I thought to myself : thank you all the tiny and cute cells and micro organisms who live inside of me every days, i cried because I didn’t realise all the amount of stuff others on a macro and micro scale do for me without even realising, so thank you all of you, even you Johir 😀 Then he said : Be thankful to the birds and I burst out laughing telling myself : wait I wasn’t done with my body and others and now he wants me to be thankful to the birds ahah I realised how blessed I am for all the things I previously disliked and that brings comfort to my life, I’ve been doing ascethism for years and cut links with so many things and worked everyday almost non stop on myself. I didn’t realise that I missed a whole lot of things due to that.. Thank you for helping me remember all this <3
