The Washington Mystics play their home games at the Entertainment and Sports Arena (ESA), a 4,200-seat arena in Southeast DC. The arena offers a small and intimate atmosphere, fan-friendly promotions, and a mascot. Prior to the 2019 season, the Mystics played their home games at Capital One Arena, sharing it with the NHL’s Washington Capitals and the NBA’s Washington Wizards. Now, the talented squad has the Entertainment and Sports Arena.
All Mystics games are broadcast on NBC Sports Washington and online through the Monumental Sports Network. Broadcasters for Mystics games are Meghan McPeak and Christy Winters Scott. The ESA is located on the grounds of St. Elizabeth’s, a former state mental hospital, and features world-class amenities with a viewing experience to match right in the heart of Washington, D.C.’s Ward 8.
The Washington Mystics have sold out every home game this season through six games. With the Mystics’ home opener about a month away, the team confirms it’s at least a month away. The seating map for the Entertainment and Sports Arena can be viewed here.
