Thank you for this article. I didn’t know the existence of Metatron. One night I had such a realistic dream and I’m tired dream a giant entity was holding me in the palm of his hand. He took me to a castle in the sky and opened up a book and pointed to it for me too read. The book was full of symbols that I didn’t understand the meaning. Yours is the only correct article on Metatron on the whole internet. I understand him basically as you do, just cannot explain it as well. I had a rather personal experience with Metatron from doing practical Kabbalah and building a 3 dimensional Metatron Cube and inadvertantly consecrating it. A very dangerous experience that lasted several days until I disassembled the sacred object. But it was a very enlightening experience as well because it confirmed for me that the understanding of it that I had was correct. There are also a few other things that it confirmed which have to do with conscience (which is a higher part of consciousness) and judgement, and which revealed to me who he really is and just how severe he is. It was a dangerous operation but I realized that only afterwards when I started to examine everything that it caused. That it caused supernatural effects and manifestations is undoubtable, but its real danger lies in the havoc that it can wreak in one’s natural life because its effect is such that all of your karma starts manifesting very very quickly, which can be lethal – that has to do with who he is and why he is called the scribe of God. I am just starting to get to know about Kabalah because I always felt connected to angels, but generally I have been all my life practising hinduism. I just wanted to ask is it ok or considered beneficial in Kabalah to pray to angels, or there is a rule or something saying that you can’t worship them?
Last night in the full moon meditation and sound bath the name of the Metatron came to me. Year and a half ago I drew an oracle card of Raziel. I never heard of metatron in my life until a recent psilocybin experience and I saw a star above me, between my mind and vision. It was the most beautiful shape ever. Learning of Metatron is pretty intresting due to the fact, his name is not Semitic. Its the only name that actually stands out, and its the “t’s” in his name. In Shin Megami the depiction of Meta is an android like angel with wings, this would lead me to believe this is the first sign of cross breeding of the Celtic and Semitic worlds.
I’m interested in the truth. Where does Metatron fit into the realm of Biblical Christianity other than the assumption that he is really an angelic manifestation of Enoch. Metatron is the head administrator of all of creation His role is administrating. Administrating is managing, organising. That is his job. His job is his primary focus. It’s recommended not to say his name, you can spell the letters though. He also shows up in the bible multiple times (he was the great granpa of Noah, 7th generation after Adam & Eve). In my opinion, Enoch is a great inspiration to become the best version of yourself possible, he teaches us how high someone can get to in terms of holiness, and that no matter how hard the task in front of you, it’s there because you can conquer it. He conquered his Lust, as well as every single other metric where you can fall and do wrong. He was an angel that came from flesh, reason being that his job was to manage Israel rights on the behalf of god, why him specifically? Because as he is flesh he understands humans best, and thus most fit to rule them rather than some other angel that didn’t stand the test of lust and evil. The whole point of angels in the olden times was that you would see them as a visionary characters who are established by the metaphysics of the text.
