Why Is Rock Lee Unable To Use Chakra?

Rock Lee, a character in the Naruto series, is known for his strength and determination, but he lacks the ability to use Ninjutsu due to his lack of chakra coils. His chakra coils are twisted, making it difficult for him to produce or control chakra like an average ninja can. However, Lee can convert his stamina into chakra and control it through exercises like tree climbing and water walking.

In theory, Lee should be able to use Genjutsu Dispel, which disrupts chakra flow and cancels it, making it closer to chakra control. Despite lacking the chakra or inherent ability necessary to become one, Lee can still perform basic chakra control skills, such as walking on vertical surfaces and using it to walk on water.

One of the most underrated moments in the Naruto series was when Rock Lee gained chakra, which he used to destroy the franchise’s strongest shinobi with a single kick. However, his big springtime of youth donger prevented chakra from reaching his chakra points, creating choke points that hindered his ability to manipulate it.
