The article is correct, but doesn’t tell you that it will automatically be sticky on both sides after the 8 inches is pulled out. Even after the words on the tape disappeared, there was still a top layer, that I thought had to be peeled off. No, pull more until both sides are automatically sticky! NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED. 3M NEEDS TO FIX THIS. I saw reviews from 14 years ago on their web site about there being no clear instructions on the product packaging.
My protective covering had 3 languages except english! 🤨 And people, make sure to go past a couple of centimeters past the protective tape. Because I was using the clear part of the protective barrier and struggling!! Until i double checked the dispenser 😓 And be sure to put your double sided tape dispenser in a baggie. That way the new tape won’t attract dust 😉
