Spells Blizzard Art Bar Bartender Unable To Place?

The user is experiencing issues with their lower left action bar, with some slots not working and only a few in the middle of the bar functioning. They are using Blizzard functions to move skills around, but they are having trouble with Bartender. The Bartender options have a toggle to turn off ability on key press. The revamped User Interface in the pre-patch includes elements that cannot be moved with Edit Mode.

New characters’ spells on Action Bars may not save on logout, and existing characters may have all spells wiped. To resolve this issue, users can either hold shift while moving or uncheck the “Bar Snapping” feature. To disable the Blizzard Art Bar for Bartender, go to the settings and disable the Blizzard Art Bar.

The user has recently installed nUI and found that they cannot replace any skills in their bars, as they seem locked. To enable and disable any action bar, go to the Options menu (not Edit Mode) and click the Bartender tab. In Edit mode, players can manually re-enable any extra action bars through Options > Gameplay > Action Bars.

The main action bar with the art at the ends is still present, and the user has tried Bartender but still cannot get rid of it. The user suggests that players can mess with key binding directly by going to the key binding settings and clicking the Bartender tab.
