The Impact Of Riyaz Of Sa On Our Body’S Chakras?

This article provides an overview of the seven chakras, which are energy centers that play a crucial role in our overall well-being. The Heart Chakra symbol represents the balance of yin and yang, or upward and downward forces. The Muladhara Chakra, located at the base of the spine, is associated with the earth element and is represented by the LAM mantra.

Chakras regulate functions that affect us on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, intuitive, spiritual, and sensory. Blocked chakras can lead to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. Chakra unblocking can be achieved through various practices, such as riyaz, which creates sounds in all surs or frequencies to clean up and balance the chakras.

The practice of riyaz involves creating sounds in all surs or frequencies to clean up the chakras and balance them out. The third chakra is stimulated by string instruments played through friction, while the heart chakra resonates with plucked string instruments. When the chakras are aligned, the energy flow within the body is optimized, revitalizing the entire system.

Singing is deeply connected to the energy of the soul and is considered the most vulnerable art form. It is believed to connect the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms. If the energy in a chakra becomes blocked, it can manifest as physical issues like arthritis, constipation, bladder or colon problems, or emotional feelings of insecurity. Chakra balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channelling energy into the seven chakras, located along the body’s central axis.

What weakens the sacral chakra?

The sacral chakra is a vital energy system that regulates our emotions, allowing us to express and manage them effectively. When imbalanced, it can lead to feelings of overwhelm, confusion, or numbness, hindering our ability to connect with our intuition. Additionally, it can be triggered by traumatic experiences or cultural taboos surrounding sexuality, leading to repressed sexual energy and compulsive behavior.

A misaligned sacral chakra can also hinder our ability to express our creativity, as many creative talents and passions may be lost or buried due to daily responsibilities. This can lead to feelings of disconnectedness and depression.

Manifesting from an imbalanced sacral chakra can be challenging due to a lack of clarity around our identity, feelings, desires, and direction. This confusion can result in negative manifestations, making it difficult to direct our energy towards positive manifestations.

In summary, an imbalanced sacral chakra can lead to difficulties in expressing, managing, and processing emotions, as well as hindering our ability to express our creativity and manifest in positive ways.

What emotion is stored in the sacral chakra?

The sacral chakra is the center of emotions, feelings, and pleasure, and plays a significant role in our sexuality and expression of sexual needs and desires. An imbalance in this chakra can lead to behaviors such as depression, detachment, indulgence, aggression, fear, anxiety, poor boundaries, and physical symptoms like anemia, hypoglycemia, lower back pain, joint problems, low energy, spleen and kidney issues, and premenstrual syndrome.

To address this imbalance, one should sit in a quiet room, with feet firmly on the floor and a tall spine. Close eyes, take deep breaths, and ask questions about themselves. This will help identify any blockages in the second chakra and help individuals learn about themselves and their emotional needs.

What blocks your chakras?

Terrones explains that excessive stress can affect the energy of one or more chakras, potentially leading to physical and mental health issues. Imbalanced chakras can result from poor physical alignment, unhealthy eating, or self-destructive behavior. Malaspina suggests that promoting balance in a chakra involves creating alignment in the physical body. Prolonged imbalance can result in physical disease, musculoskeletal issues, and mental health challenges.

Does music affect chakras?

Instruments and chakras play a crucial role in promoting spiritual growth. Drums, pipes, trumpets, string instruments, and bells all stimulate different chakras, affecting the energy flow and directing it towards the highest centers. This phenomenon was known to sages in ancient Vedic times and is also evident in temple architecture. Large temples had seven gateways, each with different instruments to stimulate the seven chakras and direct energy upwards to the top of the head.

In modern times, strong beats at parties, clubs, or rock concerts can awaken the Kundalini, awakening the dormant energy. However, this energy can become dull over time, as it is not allowed to move upward to higher chakras or energy centers. Spiritual practices like chanting mantras, pranayama, and meditation allow the energy to flow up, gradually awakening and stimulating various energy centers. However, sudden or forceful awakening of the Kundalini Shakti can have different and potentially harmful effects on a practitioner’s nervous system.

Does sound healing help chakras?

Does sound healing help chakras?

Sound is an effective tool for working with chakras, but there is no true correlation between exact sounds and chakras. The progression of C, D, E, F, G, A, and B was invented in the 16th-17th century by mathematicians to create complex music without a spiritual basis. Sound works in general by bypassing the thinking mind and disrupting blocked energies, allowing us to be more present and work with the energies of the chakras.

However, without the correct use of attention and intention, skillful means, or the right conditions in place, it does not matter if we are using sound at all. The Buddha did not attain Enlightenment because of a specific sound used from an instrument, but because of the skillful conditions of his practice.

A chakra set is still a great tool for beginners to attend to and move through their experience. For example, when learning meditation at 19, a meditation guide played simple sounds that helped anchor attention to the chakras and help move up the spine. The power of belief is real, and belief about the world shapes how we perceive and act in it. To believe that certain notes of the C major scale (C, D, E, F, G, A, B) help with the chakras, using each sound with the chakras is an effective tool for beginning practitioners to fine tune their awareness.

Pairing sound with meditation is a proven method for increasing the depth and effectiveness of a practice. However, it is important to remember that the power of belief is real, and the choice of sound depends on the practitioner’s intention and skillful conditions.

Which chakra is voice?

The throat chakra, also known as Vishuddha, is crucial for communication, self-expression, and speaking personal truth. A healthy throat chakra contributes to overall well-being, and its symptoms can be recognized. Chakras, also known as spinning energy wheels, correspond to nerve bundles and major organs in the body. Healing the blocked throat chakra involves recognizing its symptoms and addressing its energy needs.

Which planet is singing related to?

Venus, associated with such qualities as beauty, happiness, creativity, devotion, and spirituality, is the primary planet for art forms, including classical music. However, Venus also encompasses a broad spectrum of artistic disciplines, particularly those pertaining to the performing arts.

What is the spiritual effect of sound?

The practice of devotional music, vibrations, or mantras is intimately associated with spirituality. These practices have been demonstrated to foster mental and emotional well-being, as well as facilitate a connection with the divine.

How does sound affect chakras?

Sound tones have frequencies that match the frequency of a chakra, allowing cells to align with the strong frequency of the sound wave. A sound facilitator can help unblock and open chakras that need attention. However, our bodies are complex, and there may be overlap between chakras and tonal notes. To open chakras, one simply needs to accept the sound waves as they wash over the body and mind. Using a meditative breath work practice can help enter a calm state during a sound bath session.

  • I’ve have had known no knowledge about this Chakras and of those spiritual 😊🙏Gurudev God sending You Here😊Please don’t go home to God not yet 😢I’ve have never feels better about myself till now I’ve been working on Chakras of yours Teaching for 5 days and I feeling Amazing 😊🙏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I Appreciates ❤️ with Gratitude and Thank You😊 and May You lives long😊 Amen 🙌 🙏🏻 from Australia 🇦🇺 with Love

  • I know exactly what he is saying, I have been utilizing these tools in my daily life through experience unknowingly. All my life I have listened to my body, mind and the surrounding. I was heartbroken, I was a smoker, I was an addict, I was part animal. I’m 28, I didn’t quit anything, I accepted the flaws and simply outgrew them. I became my own friend, I listened to myself. I knew answer to my all problems all along. I simply gave myself bigger purpose and the tools to achieve it. Healthy food, environment, Healthy habits, meditation, music. I wake up with rock music of GnR, japanese classic rock etc to give myself a jolt, then at the end of day I’m sleeping with instrumental music of Einaudi, Beethoven, Hans Zimmer or something modern religious classic. All of It felt mechanical at first, but then It took form of higher disciplined lifestyle. I’m at that stage now, when I dont back down from any task or work. It feels i can accomplish anything. I am not boasting its just, I can co relate now how Einstein saw quantum physics, what must be in mind of Swami Vivekananda when he was giving speech at chicago, How it must have felt for Ashoka the great to rule the most of asia and then how can he switch to bherighosha to dhammaghosha. I feel world’s pain, wailing of planet’s river, forests and oceans. I feel how stereotypical constraints could limit one’s growth, what gives rise to rebellion, why the child laugh and why women feels suffocated in the society that exists, and how the world is shrinking for our elders.

  • Guruji You are so right everything you said was bang on correct, and it was very much relatable, actually I used to listen to music(Violin and Piano and also Sitar) I used to get meditative I would experience the bliss as if I was doing Yoganidra… Also there was a time when I used to feel lonely and attached at that time I used to hear heavy metal and rock music… And also your voice and the way of speaking is so divine and Sattvik that it made me very calm and cool. Dandwat Pranam Guruji🙏🙏🙏

  • First time i listen to this man, and it makes a lot of sense. A lot of wisdom in his words. He is explaining and connecting different dots, about different kinds of music and how it is an influence on people. Also explains why one person likes very loud music with drums and bass. And other people feel comfortable with more subtle softer music. Also another interesting thing is that christian churches also use bells. Well, probably just copied the idea, from India, the East.

  • I took the Art of Living course many years ago. I remember one day the instructor played Sri Sri singing what sounded to me like a lullaby as we all lay on the floor quietly with our eyes closed. I remember the feeling that came over me as I went into a deep state of peace which I had never felt before. It was such a wonderful feeling I did not want it to end. His singing voice was so soothing and at the time I did not even realize it was him. While in this state, I saw my deceased grandparents all looking down on me as if I was on a operating table and they were above. They all had this look of total adoration towards me like you would look down on a precious child so full of love. I can never forget the experience to this day. The Breathing technique or kria if thats the proper word he teaches is something very special as it puts you into such a cool space. This guru is the real deal.

  • What a wonderful explanation! Thank you Gurudev ❤️. Truly blessed to gain this knowledge about the kind of music that appeals to our senses and impact it has on our body.Actually, I,sometimes, wondered why we had such loud drum beating sounds in temples, the explanation has really made everything clear to me today. ॐ नमः शिवाय ! 🌹🌺🌹

  • Awesome… simply brilliant. I was always wondering how to use music for meditation because at some point you have to let go of the external stimulation. But I didn’t know when and how. Gurudev just explained chakras, explained one of the tantric chakra meditations mentioned in Vijnana Bhairava Tantra and how to use music to make it easier.

  • On the way, I listen to Gurudev say, for the first time. So far I have been so occupied with Yoganand, then Krishnamurti, then Ramana Maharishi and many other teachers who say the same but present their knowledge in different ways. He is right about the influence of the lower chakra, because it is strongly connected to the energy of the Earth and serves only to survive and fight for survival. Very few people use the energies of the solar plexus, and for those who reach the heart chakra we can identify with the Saints, as was the case with Jesus! But anything above the heart chakra breaks down the obstacles of time and space, the body no longer matters so much because everything takes place at a higher level of consciousness. And in terms of music, I’m most comfortable with the sound of rain and water generally. With regard, ROMANA from Croatia! 🙏🏻

  • I had a very negative childhood experience with both my parents. In my early 40s dark night of the soul, I began my inner child work. I began playing the piano, singing and grounding in Mother Earth via intense gardening and horseback riding and I discovered my energy body. Many ancient and indigenous people believe the Earth is our Mother. We must be connected to her to become a conduit for energies to reach Father Sky. Everything sings in nature. When we sing we begin vibrating in harmony with her. Sound is an extremely powerful catalyst to this. The secret to the universe is energy, frequency and vibration. – Tesla

  • Glad to se you mention the chakra Above the body…. Ive been aware of this one since I was 18, im 61 now.. That center contains the Christ lite..it is the awareness of all that you have ever been and all that you are and all that you are yet to become..its presence is like that of a Master teacher.. If it awakens and Overshadows you, it will change you utterly..

  • Very interesting article since I recently started meditating but I think I need more explanation. Good heavy metal lifts my spirit and it feels like opening my chest or heart, I don’t feel it in the lower Chakra points. Sure, to some songs I feel like dancing but to most I just like to sit and enjoy the feeling of freedom.

  • I so love Gurudev. For me he is the ONLY enlightened teacher who gives clear answers to questions without talking endlessly without really saying anything that is of real use. Gurudevs teachings and instructions are so easy to understand and his energy is so delightful and upraising. I am deeply grateful to be able to listen to such a wonderful teacher just sitting at home and using YouTube. That is a true gift of heaven. Thank you so much Gurudev for sharing your precious knowledge with us!

  • With certain sounds in music, I can let the sound into my body and the pores in my skin all open up and I feel a very cold chill…even if it is 100 degrees outside, makes no difference. I have found this works best with aounds that actually “sound cold” sounds that you can feel a temperature assigned to them. This works best with synthesizer sounds because these are sounds at their purest form.

  • Thank you! Now i know why i like listening to metal all my life! Best music for meditating for me is technical death metal…although there are vocals, i hear them just as another instrument. My mind is freewillingly occupied with music, giving me a thoughtless relaxed state of blissfullness, but very much awake….i don’t know how to describe it otherwise.. .but i fell i should, because no one could understand how can you meditate with this kind of music. Ostanite v cvetju oz stay well 🙂

  • Knowledge from the East is so resisted and scant in the West. We “think” we know more, and have many issues in family, love, relationships, social world. I’ve seen how our schools avoid the “right brain”, focusing much more on the left. Although when I was young, we still had some focus on creative activities. The practice of meditation is so necessary and essential, you’re almost not human without time with nature, the divine, the universal energy. One day we’ll live in a world without all the technological accoutrements that suffocate Spirit.

  • 12 inches is relative to various body sizes, what is more important is the location of points( physically chakras aren’t present, but psychological body has chakras). Physical body has activation points of chakras, for example ajna chakra is activated by awareness in eyebrow center, similarly manipur chakra is activated by awareness in navel center.

  • Such a beautiful explanation and the most soothing way of expressing such deep knowledge 🙏🙏 today I got the answer to all my questions related to music. I always felt deep connection with instrumental music and mostly the flute! I always wondered why are they so captivating for me. I prefer silence and the soothing subtle instrumental music over any loud and rock music🙏 I hope to learn more about chakra and music🙏

  • First I want to thank about this article that I like of course but there just one thing that is confusing for me : I every book and image that I saw till now including google is said that the first chakra is called root chakra, second chakra is called es sacral chakra, but you are saying that the first chakra is sacrum. Its just a bit confusing for me !

  • Hinduism is the most scientific religion/way of living and the absolute Dharma ❤.I am glad world is knowing it .I am 100%sure if more and more countries embrace this most beautiful Dharma world will be a peaceful,Happy and a Lovely place to live .Let’s all pray /create a strongpositive energy for the whole world to know this Dharma ❤.Blessed.Love❤
