The award is the largest the Texas conspiracy theorist has been ordered to pay as part of three defamation lawsuits against him for falsely declaring the massacre a hoax.

A federal bankruptcy judge has ruled that a plan to sell off the assets of Jones’ media company, Free Speech Systems, can move ahead. Independent presidential candidate Robert F. I was and still am really creeped out by that Robbie Parker interview. Laughing and smiling off camera then working up tears and acting very strange during his interview. Puzzled by the guy in grey cammo running from the school window. The 26 preordered Christmas trees at the fire station was an oddity too. Then then 98% marksmanship of the shooter. Then the hot police mic saying the shooters name during the attempt to surround school. The ambulances went to the wrong school and the corenor pronounced 26 deceased in 8 mins. Confused to why they wouldn’t allow paramedics in to help. Then the creepy neighbour acting and fake crying as if he was auditioning for a movie role. Why there was young students at his house confused about why they were there. Then the lack of helicopter response teams. The interviews from the other students who were taken from the classrooms prior to shooting and why the school was destroyed so fast. Its all very strange and tragic. Its also confusing why all these above mentioned were not spoke about or investigated. So accuse the people of hate speech and defaming when questions are asked ? Reopen the investigation and ask why many mortgages around the area were paid for in full on Christmas day. Like whole streets paid for. Too many coincidences and oddities to be overlooked. But how tragic. The news lines made me feel sick as hearing about the thousands of missing children in a 400 mile radius of Vermont. God bless. Protect our children,Amen..
Maybe Alex Jones is the man, that gives our government the right to stop free speech? Alex is a full fledged shill. Alex once said 9/11 was an inside job, now he denies that, and goes along with the Saudi angle. Alex will flip flop on this issue as well. (Alex Jones is mainstream media. He’s on public radio, all across the country) .
So being skeptical now falls under defamation? People can’t express opinions anymore? Skepticism is a good thing. Alex did nothing wrong. He recognized anomalies in the alleged shooting and logically concluded that there was too many inconsistencies. He never accused anyone by name of being in on the hoax and there is no proof that he is intentionally trying to slander the “parents” or “victims”. Intent needs to be proven.
Alex is wrong on a lot of things, but in his early days, before sandy hook and Trump he had some great points and seemed more collected and sane… but the bad things he has said in his past mixed with his elevated fame due to his association with Trump’s presidential campaign, have collided to bring him crashing down. I dont agree with the absolute censorship however.
I predict Jones will have to pay Pozner (wte his real name is) for the court costs of the case that POZNER initiated. The case won’t make it to court, yet Alex Jones will be stuck with court costs. I just saw the same thing happen (firsthand) in Lake County in a case POZNER filed against Halbig. Pozner didn’t show up, dropped the case and Halbig still taxed with court costs for Pozner. How is that ok? Same will happen with Jones. And btw, this federal lawsuit from the other SH parents will never happen, though I wish it would.
This is truly horrible, who would fake something so horrible like this that man is sick in his head & needs to get locked up for a long time. Although I don’t agree with Alex Jones I feel as though these cases should be dismissed because the constitution says we have a right to freedom of speech and opinion and it’s not “hate speech” to think differently than accepted truths it’s a paradigm with Alex Jones challenging accepted beliefs with his own not hate spech

The news identified the wrong shooter first, I remember it. They said it was Adam’s brother who lived in New Jersey. This thing was all over the place, I can see why people questioned it. Just supposing what Alex said was true for a moment…this would be a good way of “reinforcing” that it was real. I don’t think it was fake I’m just pointing that out.

The FBI did not recignize that deaths had occured in Sandy Hook. In 2012 the FBI table 8 reported that the town of Newtown Connecticut – where Sandy Hook elementry was located – had 7 Violent crimes 0 murders 5 forcable rapes 0 robberies 2 aggregated assaults No mention of the 27 victims that were reportedly shot to death. Strange in deed. Table 8 still shows no murders five years later? Perhaps it isnt an oversight, isnt a typo. To this day, there are no human witnesses, no photo evidence, nor article/audio evidence of a shooting taking place at that closed school. Free speech is a hard pill to swallow. It is completely necessary to embrace free speech to have a good society but this means everyone must tolerate undesirable speech. It seems like that plaintiffs and supporters of this lawsuit do not value the first amendment and would rather limit it to protect the feelings of recently injured people. If they win the first amendment will be weakened and we as a society will lessen the strength of one of our core liberties, this will all have been done in response to a rather insignificant but very emotionally volatile historical event. It would not be a good move to limit free speech in favor of protecting feelings. Just because these families got their feelings hurt does not mean that they have legal recourse against jones because he is protected by the 1st. Jones is not responsible for the idiots who take illegal actions against Sandy Hook families, that’s ridiculous guilt by association.
