The Mystic Spearhand is a unique hybrid vocation in Dragon’s Dogma 2, which can be unlocked by speaking with the character who invented it, Sigurd. To unlock this vocation, players must visit his Coastal Hut in Harve Village or speak with him during the Readvent of Calamity quest. The Mystic Spearhand enables players to fight at range and in the air.
To unlock the Mystic Spearhand, players must revisit Melve for a second time after playing through some of the main story. In one mission, players will relive the sequence of events that led to the Mystic Spearhand. The vocation can be unlocked early on in the playthrough by visiting Harve Village during Captain.
The Mystic Spearhand is one of several new Vocations in Dragon’s Dogma 2, and players need to trigger a dragon attack in Melve before it becomes possible. To unlock the vocation, players must visit Sigurd during the Readvent of Calamity quest, visit his Coastal Hut in Harve Village, or speak with him during the A New Godsway quest. If players miss Sigurd the first time, they usually have to complete his level 25+ quest in Battahl.
After obtaining the vocation, players can change their Vocation to Mystic Spearhand at a guild hall or inn. This vocation requires 100 Discipline Points and can be obtained by completing the opening section of the missable Readvent of Calamity. To acquire Mystic Spearhand-Maister’s Approval, players must first encounter Sigurd in Melve during the harrowing Drake battle.
