Does Good Omens have LGBT?
Good Omens season two is a refreshing departure from the usual LGBTQ+ show, with the cast’s support for the LGBTQ+ community. Tennant, Sheen, and Gaiman have all shown their commitment to queer characters and actors, not only in Good Omens but also in other shows like The Sandman and American Gods. This allyship is heartwarming and necessary, especially in light of JK Rowling’s hateful comments towards the trans community. Gaiman has never tried to retcon queerness into his work, unlike Rowling who admitted to thinking of Dumbledore as gay in Harry Potter books.
The show’s second season is praised for its increased queerness, and if Prime Video orders a third season, fans can expect more queerness and joy for the protagonists. Gaiman has promised to write another Good Omens novel if the show isn’t renewed, but the lesson is to avoid ending a beloved queer show on a cliffhanger before it’s confirmed for another season.

📹 Crowley gets triggered | Good Omens
Nice is also apparently a trigger word for Crowley. Shouldn’t Aziraphale know that by now? Stream Good Omens now, only on …
The way I recoiled at the “Crowley didn’t have red hair in the book” difference 💀 I can NOT imagine him without red hair it just feels wrong Also very happy they emphasized the backstory, it really adds to their relationship, characters, character arcs, and the story overall, like it’s so useful and important
Also, the book had a scene showing Aziraphale bouncing from body to body of different “spiritual” people trying to find his way to London, but in the show he gets to Madame Tracy first try. And when the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse met up at the biker bar, there were four other bikers that rode alongside them for a short while before they encountered an obstacle that the actual Horsemen could cross but the bikers couldn’t. Both of these scenes were likely not included in the show because they didn’t contribute much to the plot of the story and would use up valuable time for other things, such as showcasing more of Crowley and Aziraphale’s relationship over the years.
Book Crowley would disagree with the TV show Crowley here. In the book Crowley does not in fact pin Aziraphale to the wall aggressively for calling him nice. He simply says “oh well…alright don’t go telling everyone at once”. I prefer that personally. Crowley is basically saying that he knows he’s not truly a demon at heart but more of a fallen angel that hung around with the wrong crowd. That being said I absolutely love the TV series, especially how it develops the relationship between Aziraphale and Crowley. Xx
I wonder if Crowleys disliking of the number four comes from the Chinese superstition against the number four as in Chinese it is said virtually the same way as death ( 4 四 is said sì and death 死 is said sî) this is just a theory and it the Chinese characters could be wrong so if they are please correct me, thank you!
Crowley could have simply cut all the blabbering after the “Shut it”. But he didn´t. No, he enjoyed having his hands finally on Azi and being able to hold him close unter the pretense of being angry. And Azi wasnt even fooled by that and probably wanted for Crowley to shut up himself, come closer and snog him. 😀
