Kundalini, derived from Sanskrit meaning “coiled snake”, is an energy believed to be present in each individual since birth and coiled at the base of the spine. As this energy rises through the chakras, the centers of spiritual and physical energy aligned along the spinal column, individuals often experience a Kundalini awakening. While Kundalini awakenings can be safe, they can be intense, destabilizing, and confusing. It is essential to approach this journey with respect, patience, knowledge, and understanding.

Regular Kundalini awakening can manifest in sudden realizations, visions, insights, connecting with spirits, psychic insights, and experiences of love out of nowhere.

Over the course of the year, I could feel many side effects like heightened sense of smell, sometimes being in a state of neither awake nor asleep, coming back of old memories and what not. After telling my parents they took me to the Psychiatrist, I took medications and now I am living a completely different life and just at the age of 20, it’s too much for me. I didn’t gave up. I am still waiting for that stabilisation but still I haven’t. Do I regret? Absolutely no. Everyone has been given a battle of it’s own kind and we should face it with Courage.

The Kundalini, the Tantra and the Integral Yoga The opening and activation of the subtle energy centres described in the Tantras and known generally as Kundalini Yoga, differs from the practices of integral Yoga as to process, but not necessarily as to the end result. In both cases, the subtle centres, or chakras, are opened and energy is flowing. Whereas the tantric process starts from the first chakra and opens upwards, the integral Yoga starts from above the head, and descends downwards starting with the mental level, the emotional and then the higher vital, lower vital and physical, although in specific instances any individual may find one or more of the centres opening in a different order. Sri Aurobindo refers to 6 subtle centres here as he does not count the Brahmarandra, the chakra at the crown of the head in this recapping, as that is basically the connecting bridge to the higher energetic action and once the Kundalini reaches it, the connection to the higher forces is made; in other words, it is a semantic difference in how the chakras are being looked at here, not an ultimate disagreement about the chakra system itself. Sri Aurobindo observes: “The sensation in the spine and on both sides of it is a sign of the awakening of the Kundalini Power. It is felt as a descending and an ascending current. There are two main nerve-channels for the currents, one on each side of the central website in the spine. the descending current is the energy from above coming down to touch the sleeping Power in the lowest nerve-centre at the bottom of the spine; the ascending current is the release of the energy going up from the awakened Kundalini.

Alot of information comes to my soul. The most imagining part is that I remember my past life now. I am on a committed healing journey. A lot of research every day. I must say the whole experience is a Bliss regardless of all this.
I went paranoid schizophrenic after I met my twin flame and had my heart and third chakra awakening. I was in extreme physical pain when I first had it for weeks and I was hitting my chest with my right arm like I was in repentance. I felt pure consciousness and peace. I felt my astral cord severed from me when my twin flame hugged me while looking into a mirror in astral form at 4:44AM and never felt such unconditional love. He astral projected to me February 21st,2022 and had gang stalking and people were talking to me about this man when they had no idea who I was. A drunk man at a gas station told me ‘so this started as a fight between you and your boyfriend?’ And I said in reply was that I loved him but was so scared that somehow he knew that when he was drunk. It was almost demonic.
